Soda water
Ice

Instructions:

Here’s a great functional fitness workout that can help improve mobility:

Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio (e.g., jogging, cycling, jumping jacks) to get your heart rate up and warm up your muscles.

Squat to overhead reach: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms down at your sides. Squat down as low as you comfortably can, then stand up and reach your arms overhead. Repeat for 10-15 reps.

Lunge with torso twist: Step forward with your left foot into a lunge position, and twist your torso to the left. Return to standing, then repeat on the other side. Do 10-15 reps on each side.

Single-leg deadlift: Stand on your left foot with your right foot lifted slightly off the ground. Hinge forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and your right leg straight behind you. Return to standing, then repeat on the other side. Do 10-15 reps on each side.

Plank to downward dog: Start in a plank position, then lift your hips up and back into a downward dog position. Hold for a few seconds, then lower back down into a plank. Repeat for 10-15 reps.

Cool-down: 5-10 minutes of stretching, focusing on the areas that feel tight or sore.

This workout targets your legs, core, and upper body while also incorporating mobility-focused exercises like the squat to overhead reach and the lunge with torso twist. Remember to start with a weight that's comfortable for you, and focus on using proper form throughout the workout.
