It's also not that expensive, $100 gets you 10 000 fake followers. You can even drip them in over time, so it doesn't look like you just bought 10 000.
While it may seem like a quick and easy way to gain followers, there are several downsides to buying fake followers. For one, these followers are not real people and therefore will not engage with your content, making it difficult to build a genuine following. Moreover, social media platforms have been cracking down on fake followers, and purchasing them can lead to account suspension or even a permanent ban.
Here, some content creators take a clever approach once they've acquired a certain number of real followers. They will publicly admit to having fake followers, of course they will just say it happened and they dont know how. The more creative ones will talk about how fake accounts do follow you on social media...which is true, but not like 12 000! They'll talk about wanting to clean it up! Since everyone knows fake followers dont help you! Cutting out the purchased followers and losing a large portion of their following. Although it appears admirable to their real followers, it's just another ploy to manipulate their audience into trusting them more.

Social media marketing is an unregulated industry, and there are a lot of great marketers you can work with! I know tons and I'm happy to connect you to them. But... there is also a lot of bad ones. Some are awful because they have no interest in doing what they say they will do. They just take money.
Others may be inexperienced, but looking to make name for themselves (this was me at one point). That inexperience can be volatile (good or bad). So be careful with the digital marketer you choose. And don't be afraid to ask them hard questions like:
What metrics do you use to derive success?
How long will it take to see those wins?
What is a failure you had and how did you fix it?
It's your money that's paying them and you deserve to know these answers.
