🎬 World Premiere Success!

We're thrilled to share that long-time AMPIA member and former board member Bonnie Thompson and her team received a fantastic response to "Singing Back the Buffalo" at its Canadian Premiere at Hot Docs! The screenings at the TIFF Lightbox Theatres were a hit, with full houses and great media coverage. 🌟

Here's a snapshot of Bonnie Thompson (Executive Producer), Tasha Hubbard (Writer/Director/Producer), and Johnny Blerot (Sound Design/Wildlife Drone Operator) at the premiere. 📸 Photo credit: Ludwing Duarte

Our studio is near Rowleywood!

Rowley isn't just a quaint little town; it's a bona fide movie set! Legends of the Fall, The Magic of Ordinary Days, and Bye Bye Blues have all graced its picturesque streets. Just look for the colossal 'Rowleywood' sign along the highway – trust me, you won't be able to miss it! 🎬✨

Located only 30 minutes north of Drumheller is the village of Rowley, a ghost town which looks much like it did 100 years ago. On the last Saturday of each month they hold a Pizza Night showcasing a variety of bands and musicians at the Saloon or outdoors in the summer. This is an all-ages event and the pizza is the best around!🍕
