ZIP TIE ESCAPE with @nichellelaus
There are many different scenarios and “what if’s” to these escape series I’ve been posting. Point is, no matter what potential life threatening situation you are in, try to remain calm, focused, and determined. And only escape if you have the opportunity to.
This is ONE method using zip ties. You would try the same technique if your hands were bound behind your back. If it doesn’t work, try heat (by rubbing it against an angled surface) or friction to snap it open.
Always be aware of your surroundings, and trust your gut.
