My baby is 1 year old
And by “my baby” I mean Socially Kept

*cue the sentimental caption*

If someone were to ask me a year ago where I think my business would be in a year’s time, I probably would have cried at the fear of the unknown.

What an amazing journey it’s been starting my business! It's been filled with ups, downs, and everything in between.

Not only am I so grateful for how much my business has grown since day one but I am so thankful for the journey of growing so much as an individual in the last year.

And let me tell you, I owe it all to you!

From alway giving me reassurance and the encouragement to work hard towards my goals!

To my lovely parents guiding me through this entrepreneurial world and my family showing me all the love and support!

To my sweet boy Jake for always giving me the confidence and never forgetting the term UGC after making him listen to me ramble on about the industry to business owners and establishment every networking opportunity that arises.

Thank you to all my past and present clients. I'm incredibly grateful for the support and for believing in me to help grow your socials!

And to every single person who has ever liked, commented, shared, followed. Your support never goes unseen and I appreciate you dearly!

A year later and I am the luckiest girl to be surrounded by so many individuals and businesses that have never stopped believing in me.

Now if I was asked where I see myself a year from today, there would be no tears and a lot of excitement for what’s to come!

As a social media manager and a business owner consuming myself on social media can be a lot.

Even though I am a social media manager I still experience the negative side of scrolling on my phone all day. We all have those days and I think it’s important to take a step back and reflect so that creating a healthy balance + relationship with the industry I work in/ market my business on is prioritized.

Figuring out what works and what doesn’t.
A huge reason I provide my services for my clients is because they just don’t want to be on social media. And I just want to say all your reasons are valid. Not only is my job assisting with the physical act of management, I do love to show my clients how rewarding and exciting social media can be when used the right way.

Finding that healthy balance for me is having pride in what I’m posting as a business owner, and being excited to share with my followers and supporters the work I put in and I hope to share that joy with all my clients.
