I did a PS thing to combine the amazing teams that made Dark Coast #1 a great experience. I want to thank each and everyone for their contributions and hopefully in 2025, we might be under the same roof and get an actual team photo for Dark Coast #2! Until then, here's the gang! This weekend! Venture over to Wood Islands and celebrate the 2nd Annual Down East Comic Expo where Sandstone Comics will be premiering it's first issue of DARK COAST, a Maritime collection of terrifying tales. The Art of Sandy Carruthers will be there to sign them as well as Island contributors Arden Belfry and Brad Seymour ! Also two contributors from Nova Scotia will be there to autograph as well: Andrew Clarks Comic Art and Tony White! It's looking like an excellent event, so hope to see you there! NEWS FROM THE SAND DUNE!
I'm just back from the excellent event Back Issues Comicon 2 and happy to report DARK COAST #1 recieved great reception!

What a pleasure to hang with fellow DC1 NS contributors Tony White, Andrew Clarks Comic Art and Brianna June! Now I'm super motivated to get to work on DC2 (coming out next March '25)!

The show was a lot of fun, it's always nice to cross paths with both friends new and old, not to mention pick up great deals on comics and magazine for my collection. So many treasures to behold!

HEY! You can now pick up a copy of DARK COAST 1 at Strange Adventures Comix & Curiosities in Halifax, and Rainbow's End Books and Discs in Wolfville, NS, and The Comic Hunter Charlottetown!

If all goes well, I'll be appearing at Down East Comic Expo in Wood Islands, PEI this October 26th with DC1 Island contributors Arden Belfry and Brad Seymour. I'll make a further announcement about this later.

Sept. 21st! Sandstone Comics will be celebrating the NS premiere of DARK COAST #1!

Back Issues Comicon is the official NS launch of the Dark Coast anthology from Sandstone Comics. Dark Coast is a collection of chilling tales set in Atlantic Canada by the finest of Maritime creators.
