➡️ Manage and track equipment inventory.
➡️ Create tech requirement docs and flight packs for events.
➡️ Fill roles like Technical Director or Camera Operator when needed.
➡️ Conduct site surveys and develop control room/van tech docs.
➡️ Troubleshoot, train staff, and recommend new tech.
➡️ On-call support with potential travel.
