Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3️⃣ Add Wet Ingredients
Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined and smooth.

4️⃣ Stir in Boiling Water
Slowly stir in the boiling water. The batter will be thin, but that's okay!

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp instant coffee granules dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and dissolved coffee until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

35 Oreos, crushed into crumbs (3 cups | 403g) 🍪
4 tbsp (56g) butter, melted 🧈
Cheesecake Filling

24 oz (678g) cream cheese, room temperature 🧀
1 cup (207g) sugar 🍬
6 tbsp (43g) unsweetened cocoa powder 🍫
1 cup (230g) sour cream, room temperature 🍶
1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
8 oz (1 1/3 cups) semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled 🍫
4 large eggs, room temperature 🥚
Cherry Topping

1/4 cup (52g) sugar 🍒
2 tbsp cornstarch 🌽
2 tbsp (30ml) cherry liqueur (or water) 🍒
1 1/2 cups (255g) pitted cherries, frozen or fresh 🍒
Whipped Cream

1/2 cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream, cold 🍶
1/4 cup (29g) powdered sugar 🍬
3/4 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
Chocolate bar, for optional chocolate shavings 🍫
Instructions:

1️⃣ Make the Crust:

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and grease the sides.
Combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool. Wrap the outside of the pan with aluminum foil to prevent water from seeping in during the water bath.
2️⃣ Prepare the Cheesecake:

Lower oven temperature to 300°F (148°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder on low speed until smooth. Scrape the bowl as needed.

• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 240 ml of milk
• 120 ml of oil
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 240 ml of boiling water

For the buttercream:

• 200 g of butter
• 400 g of icing sugar
• 50 g of cocoa powder
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2-3 tablespoons of milk

For the ganache:

• 300 g of chocolate
• 300 ml of milk cream

Instructions:

1. Cake:
• Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil, vanilla and boiling water. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 min. Cool.
2. Buttercream:

Ingredients:
For the Coconut Cream:
2 (430ml/14oz) cans of chilled coconut cream 🥥
2.5 teaspoons vanilla essence 🍦
1/3 cup powdered stevia or sugar 🍬
For the Filling:
1 cup (250ml) passionfruit pulp 🍈
¼ cup (40g) stevia (or sugar) 🍬
1 teaspoon finely grated lime rind 🍋
1 cup (250g) Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese 🧀
4 medium mangoes (1.7kg), chopped coarsely 🥭
½ cup (125ml) orange, apricot, and peach juice 🍊
½ cup (125ml) Cointreau (or any triple sec/orange liqueur) 🍹
250g vegan vanilla wafers or vegan ladyfinger (Savoiardi) biscuits 🍪
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Coconut Cream:
1️⃣ Open the cans of chilled coconut cream and scoop out the coagulated cream from the top, saving the liquid for another use.

2️⃣ Place the thick coconut cream into a chilled metal bowl.

3️⃣ Add vanilla essence and powdered stevia/sugar.

4️⃣ Beat with an electric mixer until thick and fluffy. Keep it in the fridge while preparing the other ingredients.

2. Prepare the Filling:
5️⃣ Strain the passionfruit pulp over a small bowl, reserving the seeds and juice separately.

6️⃣ In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese with lime rind and stevia until well combined.

7️⃣ In another medium bowl, combine mango and passionfruit seeds.

8️⃣ Pour the reserved passionfruit juice, orange/apricot/peach juice, and Cointreau into another bowl.

For the Peach Layer:

3 medium peaches (about 571 grams or 20 ounces), sliced 🍑
3 tbsp light brown sugar, packed (40 grams) 🍬
1/4 tsp cinnamon (plus a pinch more to taste) 🌟
Pinch of nutmeg 🥄
For the Vanilla Cinnamon Cake:

1 and 1/4 cup + 1 and 1/2 tbsp cake flour, spooned & leveled (148 grams) 🌾
1 tsp baking powder 🥄
1/4 tsp baking soda 🥄
1/4 tsp salt 🧂
3/8 tsp cinnamon (this is 1/4 + 1/8 tsp) 🌟
1/8 tsp nutmeg 🥄
Pinch ground cloves 🧄
1/4 cup salted butter, softened at room temperature (57 grams, or 4 tbsp) 🧈
3 tbsp vegetable oil (36 mL) 🌱
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp granulated sugar (178 grams) 🍬
1 large egg, at room temperature 🥚
2 tsp vanilla extract 🌼
1/4 cup full-fat sour cream, at room temperature (60 grams) 🍶
1/2 cup milk, at room temperature (I used 2%) (118 mL) 🥛
For the Whipped Cream:

1/2 cup heavy cream, cold (4 ounces or 118 mL) 🥛
3 tbsp powdered sugar (23 grams) 🍬
1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 🌼
Pinch of nutmeg 🌟
Instructions
Prep:
Butter a 9-inch cake pan well, and spray with nonstick spray for added insurance. Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃).
Prepare the Peaches:
Rinse the peaches and slice them. In a medium bowl, toss them with 3 tbsp light brown sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Set aside while you make the crumble layer.

Lay the peach slices in two circles in the bottom of the pan, starting from the outside edge. Fill the center with the remaining peach slices.

Make the Crumble Layer:
In a small bowl, melt 1/4 cup butter. Stir in the remaining crumble ingredients. If you want extra streusel for topping, make 1.5x the crumble and reserve 1/3 of it. Bake this extra portion on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 350℉ for 10-14 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool.
Make the Cake Batter:
In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream the softened butter using a hand mixer for about 30 seconds until creamy. Add 3 tbsp vegetable oil and cream together for 1 minute.

Gradually add 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp granulated sugar and beat on high speed for 2 minutes until fluffy.

Add the egg and mix for 45 seconds on medium-high speed. Then add 1/4 cup sour cream and 2 tsp vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.

Add half of the dry ingredients on low speed. With a few streaks of flour remaining, add the 1/2 cup milk. Finally, add the remaining dry ingredients. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Assemble & Bake:
Pour the cake batter over the peaches in the pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake for 42 to 49 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with moist crumbs.

Let the cake cool in the pan on a cooling rack for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.

Make the Whipped Cream:
In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup cold heavy cream, 3 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of nutmeg. Mix on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
Serve + Store:
Let the cake cool for about 20 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with whipped cream and extra streusel on top.

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature overnight or in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Enjoy it cold or at room temperature!

2 cups mini marshmallows 🍬
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 🍫
1 cup broken graham cracker pieces 🍪
2 (1.55 oz) chocolate bars, broken into pieces 🍫
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.

4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups heavy cream
10 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped

¾ cup heavy cream
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped

Instructions:
