Still battling the flu, but giving up is NOT an option. Instead of my usual 30-min treadmill session, I opted for a 2-hour outdoor walk to keep pushing toward my goals. 💪✨
Sometimes, the journey isn't perfect, and that's okay. What matters is showing up, adapting, and doing what you can—even on the tough days.
Walking in the fresh air gave me clarity, peace, and a sense of accomplishment despite how I felt. This challenge is as much about mental strength as physical fitness, and today was a reminder of that.

The snow didn’t stop me from crushing my 45-minute outdoor workout! 🏃♀️❄️ While I planned to run, safety comes first—so I opted for a fast-paced walk to avoid slipping. According to the rules, the outdoor workout must go on, no matter the weather, and I’m staying committed to that discipline.
This challenge is teaching me that consistency isn’t about perfect conditions—it’s about showing up, adapting, and pushing forward, even when it’s tough. Every step is progress toward a stronger, more determined me! 💪✨

Day 2 of #75HardChallenge 💪
I tried weightlifting today, and as a beginner, let’s just say it was a wobbly experience—I could barely count 4 reps without waving the weights around! 😂 But every expert once started as a beginner, and I’m embracing the journey.
Right now, my main focus is on cardio: 30 minutes of walking on an inclined treadmill and long outdoor walks to see just how much fat I can burn through consistency. Walking is underrated, but it’s one of the most effective ways to improve fitness and shed those extra pounds!
That said, I know the incredible benefits of strength training, and I can’t wait to lift heavier weights later in my journey. I’ll be practicing daily because progress is built one rep at a time. 💪✨

Day 2 of #75HardChallenge wasn’t easy, but it’s DONE! 🙌
Woke up at 6 AM with body pains and zero motivation from yesterday’s workout. But instead of giving in, I reminded myself WHY I started. Purpose and the end goal always fuel my drive! 💪
I pushed through with 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill (10 incline, speed 3) and followed it up with 15 minutes of weightlifting and squats. The pain reminded me that progress isn’t supposed to feel easy—it’s the challenge that shapes us.
If you ever feel like giving up, focus on your WHY. The results will be worth every drop of sweat! Let’s keep moving forward, one step at a time.

Fueling my body with the right nutrients is key to smashing this journey. Protein from eggs, beef, fish, chicken, and Greek yogurt helps repair muscles, build strength, and keep me energized. Pairing it with healthy carbs gives me the energy to power through workouts while melting fat and staying fit. 🍳🥩🍗
Drinking 4 liters of water daily has been a game-changer, keeping me hydrated and focused. 💧 Staying disciplined with nutrition, hydration, and mindset is the foundation of this challenge.
