The successful candidate will have to oversee, coordinate, and execute the planning. He will be in charge of the training and create the leadership necessary to achieve sales and cost objectives. Our Manager will be directly responsible for guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. We are looking for a full-time/part-time team member that can work flexible shifts (including weekdays, weekends and stat holidays) at Ripe Tomato Pizza’s located in Airdrie, Alberta. Our restaurant is specialized in cooking pizza the traditional way.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Complete all duties efficiently, effectively, and accurately with minimal supervision.
- Replenish/stock in the work area during downtime.
- Deliver food orders in a timely manner for both take-out and dine-in.
- Monitor cleanliness of the serving area to ensure it is presentable before, during, and after service.
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time and lift up to 50lbs when necessary.
- Responsible for all line preparations prior to starting the shift and cleaning after the shift is done.
- Help set up for opening (morning shift) by doing preparation work for the day, and/or help cleaning at night (evening shift).
- Create a positive customer experience through interaction and communication with him.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies, and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Qualifications:
- Reliable, courteous, punctual, and hard-working.
- Good working knowledge of English (written and verbal).
