Hello mga Kabayan sa Canada! Kaya pala naghigpit na ngayon sa TFWP!
below po is mga examples of non-compliance violations included:

❇️An employer in the agriculture sector who was fined $212,000 and banned from the TFW Program for 2 years for failing to provide proper working conditions and for not providing the required documentation to inspectors.

❇️An employer in the residential building construction industry was fined $161,000 and banned from the TFW Program for 5 years for failing to provide proper wages and working conditions and lack of compliance with federal and provincial labour laws.

❇️An employer in the long-haul trucking industry was fined $150,000 for failing to genuinely operate a business, and for not providing the required documentation to inspectors.

Ang Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) Program target arrivals for 2026 ay 60,000 na lang, mula sa dating 82,000.
Ang International Student Program target ay 150,000, mula sa dating 305,900.
Ibig sabihin, mas humihigpit ang pasok ng temporary workers at international students—kaya mas importante na proper procedure at complete requirements ang i-submit.

Job Duties:
● Operate fleshing machine.
● Thickness control.
● Handle various species, such as fox, wolf, bear, beaver, otter, etc.
● Tannery knowledge in chemistry, fur finishing, or experience in skinning.
● Shave duties.
● Notify supervisor or mechanic of equipment malfunctions
● Operate and feed a variety of machines
● Set up, maintain and make minor repairs to machinery
● Push carts, trucks or cans of fibres from one work area to another
● Clean machines and immediate work areas
● Investigate machine stoppages
● Assist machine operators and other textile workers as required
● Examine products for defects to ensure adherence to quality standards
● Shave hides to uniform thickness

-Education: Some secondary school is required.

sitting, standing for extended periods, ability to distinguish colors, large workload, handling heavy
