Good morning folks, if your app is failing to update and says to “Retry”

Try this
Go to the Account button, bottom left
Then Switch playlist
Highlight your user account and press and hold the select button, then login then try updating again.

The button is “App Settings”

Good day folks, our support team made changes necessary to make things run better and restarted the server, as a result you will need to go through these steps.

For Firestick users:
Press the home button
Then go to the gear on the far right
Then applications
Then manage installed applications
Then look for that “App” in the list
Then force stop
Then clear data
Then press the home button and then open the app again and enter your login information.
Then look for the app tweaks we sent you and do those as well.
