🎉WAGGLY TAILS ALL BREED DOG GROOMING is celebrating 21 years in business and 2 years serving the North Kawartha community.🎉

As a special thank you to my clients and the community, I will be offering a community appreciation nail trim day in support of another wonderful community program - Apsley Feral Cat Outreach Program.

Saturday, November 2 between the hours of 12PM and 3 PM I will be offering nail trims on a donation basis with ALL proceeds going to the Apsley Feral Cat Rescue. Suggested donation is $5-$10 (Regular price $15).
Bring a can of cat food and receive a $5 off credit to any future grooming service with Waggly Tails Dog Grooming.

Due to the anticipated interest I ask people to please get in contact with me to pre-register for a time slot. Use messenger or text/call 416-704-2653.

* All dogs must be on a tight fitting collar and leash and all cats must be brought in a secure pet carrier. No exceptions.*

📢 North Kawartha Comprehensive Zoning By-law Update 📢

The Township of North Kawartha is beginning to develop a new zoning by-law to guide development of property within the community.

A comprehensive Zoning By-law Advisory Committee has been formed to identify issues with the current zoning by-law and to develop options for addressing these issues. The committee aims to guide staff in developing a new zooming by-law which is comprehensive yet user friendly. As part of this process, the committee wants to hear from you!

Please take a moment to complete the committee’s survey about the current zoning by-law and how the zoning by-law could be improved by Tuesday, October 16, 2024.

Got any VEGGIES!?

Hello gardeners. Do you have so many vegetables that you can’t possibly eat them all? Are your neighbours hiding when you come to the door, so that they don’t have to accept another zucchini?
Have no fear. The Foodbank would be pleased to take any unwanted veggies off your hands.
Donations can be made Tuesdays & Fridays, between 9:30 am and noon.
If you cannot drop off at that time, feel free to pm me, and I can try to arrange pick up.
