The Giant Caribbean Anemone is predatory and feeds on fish, crustaceans, or other invertebrates that stray too close to its tentacles. The tentacles are covered with stinging cells that paralyze their prey. Once a small fish or other prey is captured, the anemone quickly wraps it in as many tentacles as possible.

We’ve heard some people have a habit of not knowing how to tell the difference between a Nassau Grouper and Red Grouper. So we’re here to help. Don’t get caught up with the law. The time you spend in court is time you could be on the water. Be smart. Make the right decisions. Fisheries Department - Belize

Lion Fish….. Beautiful creatures, however not native to our belizean waters. Lion fish are invasive. This one. Fat from eating juvenile fish that are needed to keep the ecosystem balanced. If seen “Do Not Hesitate To Exterminate.” Plus they make really, really good for ceviche, burgers or deep fried. The one time you should eat your problems.………… and………………
(Yes, Lion Fish were hurt in the making of this video.)

Brain Corals are famously known for their grooved brain-like structure. The grooved structure of the Brain Coral resembles a human brain and has similar folds to that of a human brain. Coral polyps help produce calcium carbonate, which helps form a skeleton called a calicle and coral reefs.
