There are a couple of days left until New Year's Eve. Can you already feel the magic in the air? ✨

We wish our partners and colleagues a Happy New Year and that in 2023 the graphs will fly up, all the world's crises will settle down or dissolve like a fleeting haze, and mutual understanding and warmth of communication, necessary in the creation of games as well as everywhere else, will grow stronger. 🌎🧡

In 2023, we will continue to come up with and make incredible game design, but we know that the most important thing is always to keep moving forward and aim higher. Because that's the only way to create truly extraordinary products. 🎉

On November 12, the Neskin Games team met in three different countries to sync up and chillax together after all the hard work. 🌎🎉

The merge of three locations took place! And as a result, we rebuilt NeskinLand. ✨

We use digital products and apps every day, but they became so easy to use and comfortable, therefore we don’t even notice that someone “makes” them anymore. Behind every responsive interface and “magic” ✨ features, there is a specific developer or a team.

Developers at Neskin Games create titles for millions of players, solve challenging and ambitious tasks that game designers set for them. To get on the team, you have to go through a very rigorous selection and a freestyle technical interview, and then advance the games further ⚡ by overcoming a variety of unexpected challenges.

Congratulations to all the colleagues from the technical team (devops, unity dev, backend, analytics), and we wish them to continue to build sophisticated and ambitious 🤺 games.

1 июня - Международный день защиты детей, и мы решили вспомнить, какими были наши коллеги задолго до того, как научились рисовать, участвовать в митах и релизить. 😎
На протяжении месяца мы собирали рассказы и воспоминания наших коллег о том, какими они были, когда деревья казались большими, трава - зеленее, а колени были в синяках.

🍡«Девочка, которая на всю жизнь полюбила сахарную вату так же сильно, как разлюбила американские горки и прочие "привет, желудок" аттракционы. Как бы красиво меня ни одевали - всё было бесполезно. Деревья и заброшки были у меня в приоритете.»

Можно бесконечно долго смотреть на то, как мержатся фигурки в Evermerge, наши художники рисуют новые арты, а кот Станислав ждет своего хозяина с митингов! 😍

Когда вся наша команда работала в офисе, коллеги регулярно приходили на работу со своими питомцами. У нас даже есть свой талисман - корги Лулу, она отвечает за работу QA-отдела :) Точнее, помогает Head of QA набирать команду и поддерживает ее моральный дух.

Если бы известная фраза про красоту родилась в Neskin Games, то она совершенно точно звучала бы как "Красота в глазах рисующего". 😍

Наш Lead 2D Artist Саша Сидорович в свободное время любит путешествовать, а атмосферу посещенных мест выражает, как водится в Neskin Games, с помощью хорошо прорисованных деталей и аутентичных элементов.

Спросили у Саши, что, кроме узких улочек и красочных итальянских двориков, он бы посоветовал посмотреть в Тбилиси.

"Когда мне хочется тишины и спокойствия, я иду в Ботанический сад. Наверняка, вы уже видели в ленте у друзей его кусочек - с водопадом, бамбуковой рощей и японским садиком. То, что нужно, чтобы побыть наедине с собой!
Наверное, удивлю вас следующим местом, но мне нравится гулять по Старому городу. Буквально каждое здание здесь - это дом со своей историей. Архитектура этого места поражает!"

#NeskinTeam умеет не только хорошо работать, но и от души отдыхать. Недавно у нас прошел конкурс художников, где коллеги соревновались в том, у кого лучше всех получится изобразить рок-звезду, которая готовит покушать в пещерном лесу. 🤘 Да-да, именно такую необычную тему сгенерировал для нас рандомайзер. На протяжении 4 недель участники конкурса готовили свои работы, после чего мы запустили внутри компании голосование на выбор лучшей работы. Поучаствовать в конкурсе мог любой желающий, поэтому среди наших конкурсантов были не только профессиональные художники, но и те, кто ощущал себя ими в душе.🎨 Победителем стал рисунок Саши Сидоровича, Lead Artist.
