1. Start Early on Prep Work: Begin hair, makeup, and dressing earlier than planned. This ensures you have buffer time for unexpected delays and allows your photographer to capture detail shots like the dress, shoes, and accessories.

2. Have a Detailed Shot List Ready: Work with your photographer ahead of time to create a list of must-have shots, including family groupings, to streamline the photography process and avoid delays.

3. Schedule a First Look (If Desired): A first look can help you fit couple portraits in before the ceremony, saving time later and allowing you to enjoy the reception without interruptions.

4. Designate a Photo Liaison: Choose a reliable friend or family member who knows everyone involved to help gather people for family and group photos, keeping things on track.

5. Set Time Aside for Couple Portraits: Plan for at least 30 minutes to an hour for couple portraits. This can be done before or after the ceremony, depending on your preference, but it’s essential to avoid feeling rushed.
