The Organization has developed various projects to promote the role of media in the society. The projects with an umbrella name “Destiny Shapers Program” have been initiated in over 350 primary Schools and 45 Secondary schools countrywide, in collaboration with the Ministry of Basic Education. The mandates of these programs are mainly to improve academic performance through the integration of the
media and ICT skills in the learning environment. The programs also sharpen students’ reading, speaking, listening and writing skills. It also builds their public speaking and thinking capacity skills, hence a building a global competitive learner. The projects do not only focus on students, but also promote excellence in teaching by appreciating teachers who continue to make an impact in our education system. • Its an academic and life skill program aligned to education and training strategic sector plan (ETSSP).
• Mandated to improve access, quality education and knowledge-based skills such as entrepreneurship amongst learners.
• Helps learners maximize their potential through life skill initiative.
• It is aligned to inclusive and lifelong learning goals.
• Promotes international contexts of the commitment of education for all.
• Also aligns with millennium goals as it caters for gender, ICT, Media and other global pandemics such as COVID-19. NATIONAL BROADCASTING SUMMIT
• Gives students a platform to compete with each other in broadcasting activities such as News Reading, Talk show, Debate, Essay, News Summary, poster design amongst others.
• To promote media in society through the use of ICT and broadcasting techniques.
• Helps to improve learners' listening, reading and speaking skills,
• Gives learners a prospect to learn from each other.
• Promotes cultural exchange between teachers.

• Students from standard 4-7 write a common TBO Examination

• It is a national seminar for only Std 7 and Form 3 teachers.

MATSHWAO SYSTEM
• A computer software used by teachers to compile and analyze student’s marks. MOITHUTI APP
• It’s a mobile application designed to provide a teacher – learner environment brings the ICT gap in schools, by providing a learner – teacher and parent interactive platform.
• It provides a platform for the teachers to share revision materials, notes, assignments and event communicate with learners or parents in and outside the classroom. ACHIEVEMENTS
2014 – Best driver of change in gender issues award was given to Kaone C Moala under the print category –SADC GENDER PROTOCOL AWARDS- (SA)
2014 – Runner Up- on issues of Gender Based Violence-Media Print Category – SADC GENDER PROTOCOL AWARDS (BOTS)
2014 – Best Reporter on Educational issues award was awarded to Layani Elias – MISA AWARDS
2015 –Best diver of change in Gender issues award was given to Layani Elias –under the NGO category – SADC Gender protocol Awards
2016 – Best driver of change award was given to Layani Elias under the Leadership category – SADC Gender Protocol Awards
2018- Training primary schools’ teachers on computer usage and develop a system called Matshwao System which assists them to enter and analyses students’ marks easily. Through these training we also incorporate leadership training.
2017 – Hosted a successful Destiny Shapers National Awards for teachers and students and the event was officiated by the Ambassador of America to Botswana His Excellency Early Miller.
2018 – Hosted a successful Broadcasting Summit where the Ambassador of European Union to Botswana and SADC Countries H.E Alexander Baum officiated at as the guest speaker. The summit was held at Bobonong village in Bobirwa Region.
2018 – Hosted successful Destiny Sharpers National Students and Teachers Awards which the Ambassador of India to Botswana officiated at as the guest speaker.
2018- Schools which are in the Destiny Sharpers Project have improved in their 2018 PSLE Results.
2019 – Hosted a successful 6th Annual Broadcasting Summit officiated by the Assistant Minister of Basic Education, Thato Kwerepe and the Minister of Local Government & Rural Development, Frans Van Der Westhuizen.
2019 – Hosted the 4th Annual Destiny Shapers Awards officiated the Minister of Nationality, Immigration and Gender Affairs, Annah Mokgethi.
