President Duma Boko, in Davos for the 55th World Economic Forum, is pushing Botswana’s diamond industry to new heights.
Boko met with Nanores Advanced Technology to discuss a €4.15 million investment in a diamond marking lab, using proprietary tracing technology.
The facility would mark 50,000 diamonds annually, enhancing Botswana’s global traceability standards.
Boko’s mission includes attracting further investment and shaping global policies on sustainable development and energy transition, strengthening Botswana’s position as a leader in the diamond sector.
