WE ARE BACK ONLINE AND EXPANDING THE TEAM!
We are currently living in such an unprecedented season, running away from an invisible monster that's clearly on a mission to divide, subtract and conquer. SELF-EMPLOYMENT has taught me quite a number of things, but up there on my list of lessons is that I am not a ROBOT. I am a mere mortal who at some point is going to get sick or just need a break from work.
So, my fellow visionary, trail-blazer or founder, it is important to at some point realise that your vision is bigger than you. Let it go and Let it Soar. The more you hold on to it, the more you suffocate it because you impose a limit on how far it can go.
God forbid, but if you were to die today, your vision would go with you, but if you REPLICATE and teach people what you do so excellently, your name and vision will live on, even after you have kicked the bucket.
LET IT GO! This is the lesson I learnt from my sick-bed. COVID had invaded my system and I was hardly able to stay awake, yet I was supposed to meet multiple deadlines. I couldn't keep up with communication or anything of that sort because I was just TIRED, both physically and mentally 🥺
Had I delegated and hired sooner, my current problems would'nt even be problems. So, since recovering, I have set out on a mission to delegate and replicate! You'll be seeing more than just me Thuto Joy Modibedi at Transilience Book Publishing & Printing House from now on. For 2 Years I have been running a one man show, it has been fun and I've learnt a great deal handling every part of the process, but it's time now.
