An exciting session is store for us from Hon. Gare, a man of many talents. He is an accountant by profession as well as a certified Business Management Trainer.

His work experience includes, among others, Accounts Officer at BNPC, Senior Accounts and Administration Officer at Botswana Railways. He later worked at Local Enterprise Authority (LEA) as a Business Advisor for seven years.
He is in addition, a dedicated advocate for improving the socio-economic status of all his constituents.

Thamani ‘Thami’ Thothe is an accomplished Entrepreneur, Business Advisor & emerging Motivational Speaker in her mid-30s. She is a notable business personality operating in her birthplace; Botswana with business interests across the African continent.

Thothe is the Founding Creative Director of White Label Fragrances (WLF) – an African Luxury Niche Fragrance brand which is the first 100% Motswana-owned company of its kind, in Botswana.
She established this company in 2017. The business now employs 9 Batswana, 6 of whom are young women and is committed to economically empowering various creative groups in the country, such as the Batswana women of Gabane Pottery.

In 2010, she established her first business; Pro Boago Agencies which carried her signature mark of trail-blazing success in its mandate of securing short-term employment for graduates to gain much sought-after work experience. Within its first year, Pro Boago Agencies placed over 200 Batswana in reputable businesses such as Barclays Bank of Botswana, KPMG, LEA and FNB Botswana.

She has in addition, made a number of speaking appearances such as:

Hloni Modise , Managing Director and Founding member of HM Entertainment. She has vast experience in the Music industry, having worked for five years at Heita Records – the local division of Sony Music.
She worked as a Label Manager and was responsible for public profiles of Afro-Pop Group Malaika, KB Motsilanyane and many others. As an independent thinker by nature, Hloni left her comfortable job to become an entrepreneur. She resigned from Sony Music after Malaika reached gold status to start her own recording company, HM Entertainments.

Hloni is also an artist manager and currently managing Caiphus Semenya, and has managed Letta Mbulu and Karabo Mogane.
HM Entertainment is currently contracted to do the whole national PR for the South African Music Awards (SAMA). – it has been doing the SAMAs from SAMA19 – to Date (SAMA28).
As a PR, Marketing and Business Management specialist, Hloni worked with big clients including: Sony Music, Universal Music, Tox Music, Top Gospel and DV8 and many more.

Senior Vice President, Editorial and General Manager of Paramount Africa, and Peer Lead, BET International Monde Twala is responsible for driving the development and growth of powerhouse music, youth and entertainment brands MTV, MTV Base and BET Africa as well kids and family brands Nickelodeon and Comedy Central across the African continent.
In his BET International role, Twala leads on driving black culture and diverse voices across the UK, France and Africa by bringing audiences the stories, music, news, lifestyle and talent that need to be seen and heard.

In addition, Twala was appointed to the board of the MTV Staying Alive Foundation with which he has worked closely in supporting local development of the MTV Shuga Down South and Naija youth education series in South Africa and Nigeria.
Also, Twala serves as Chairman to the Broadcast Research Council of South Africa and is a proud alumnus of the ViacomCBS (now Paramount) leadership studio program.

Born Lebogang Mlangeni known as Lebzino in the music industry started his music journey as road manager to his father the legendary Babsy Mlangeni were he learned the ropes of being in the music industry under the leadership of his father.

He later got Arthur Mafokate attention as he went to work as project coordinator at one of Arthurs organization that was music workshops and talent show. Man with an ear for good music an A&R that is passionate about music He later joined 999 music as a label Manager working with the likes of chomee, cici, Ishmael, African roots, dj Aj to name a few.

He later moved to Ghetto ruff /muthaland as head of marketing working with the likes of Vusinova, bekezela, ntando and the stable at large.

He then moved to start his own pr and marketing company called abutipr Ltd Pty which later went and consult for alot of artists in the country the likes of big zulu, kwesta, raplyf, shimza and alot up and coming artists and big artists in the country.

Currently running number 1 indie label in SA called Jozi entertainment the home of Mthandazo Gatya, Kammu dee, Semi tee, dj Manzo to name a few.

Prior to her appointment she held the position of, Director and then VP of International Strategy & Operations, reporting to the CEO of International and Global Commercial Services, steering all stages of the M&A process from sourcing and negotiating through integration and formulating comprehensive analyses on core strategic issues. Through her role she worked with the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe on building operations in key emerging markets, as well as ancillary business activities.
