But - we could not have done without the love and support of each of you. Thank you all for sharing the book, commenting, buying the e-book, sending us love and encouragement. You made this win happen for us. May God continue to bless your life.

Winners Avenue Books started out as retailer selling college textbooks at reasonable prices for college students. Most times we gave them away to students. I knew the difficulties of self-funding your university education and having to buy books.

After a two year struggle with an author not delivering my book, I went to God and said, 'I am having a hard time publishing this book you gave me'. This did not get me off the hook. A few weeks later, while in prayer, God spoke. He told me that Winners Avenue Books was never a retailer but He allowed me to have my way. Now it was time for Him to have His way. He instructed me to discontinue retailing and to convert the business in a Publishing house retaining the same name. I did.

I walk in obedience, we have delivered childrens books, journals and devotionals.

In Nine months, we published two anthology projects. This is historic for my country because this is the first time a project have been produced by a Bahamian, in The Bahamas by a Bahamian Company with authors from around the globe.

I had another powerful session with my mentor tonight!!!!!!!! I am loaded and so empowered to do all that God has for me to do. He just has a way of stirring me up to work and making me cry after every class😭😭 As we get set to launch this anthology tomorrow. I feel more convinced that I am doing the work that God has called me too.

Yesterday, we had our coaching session with Les Brown. Yesterday, he poured everything he had into us. What was most powerful was that at the end of the session, he prayed for us and petitioned heaven for our greatness to come forth.

After the session, I cried so hard because my heart was full and I was in awe and I was grateful.
