Abaco Video

Abaco Video I'm a photographer and a videographer, and this is my work on Dorian's Aftermath on Great Guana Cay. Our goal is to help you promote your property.

I have made 2 Videos showing the staggering devastation, 2 different sizes coffee table books with photos of the island. Whether you have a rental property, or you want to sell your house at a better price - we can help. In addition to regular cameras for video and photos, we use a drone to get good aerial views of the property and its location. Our latest aquisitions are a cinema camera and a han

dheld video device with a gimbal, which lets us make walk-throughs of your grounds and home. Combined with regular video, drone video, High Dynamic Range photos and our skills, your property will truly look its best. The buyers buy on emotion. Let us help you create a desire for your property, whether the customer is in the market to invest in a new home, vacant land, or just want a nice vacation rental for the family's next getaway. We also create websites to promote your property more than you can on VRBO. We can help you set up your VRBO.com presence with photos, video and compelling text. How about having some fun while we take some beautiful vacation photos of you and your group? These will help you remember your vacation, and be great to show to friends and family who couldn't join you. We also make personal documentaries. Ask us about it.

Our Story

On September 1st 2019 Hurricane Dorian hit Great Guana Cay. It was the strongest hurricane to hit Atlantic Islands in known history.

It destroyed structures and homes all over the islands and cays of the Abacos and Grand Bahama in the Bahamas. I was there during this scary event, and this is my story of the immediate aftermath. My photos show the destruction on Guana Cay. In spite of the huge material loss, nobody died on our little island. Some people on other islands were not that lucky and were killed by the hurricane. That put our own loss into perspective. We feel for the families who lost a loved one. Even if the damage on Guana Cay is overwhelming, you can still see the beauty of the island in these photos.

Looking at the clean and pristine beach and the clear blue ocean, it is like the hurricane never happened.
