Yes people do, but I have not used both at the same time before

today is my wash day again I just finished washing my hair and I said let me share my simple wash day tips with you how I normally wash my hair

1)the day I don't have so much time then No wash day 🙅🏾

2) I will spray water on my hair and give it 2 minutes for my hair to absorb the water

3) I go on and detangle my hair it makes me not to lose so much hair

4) I session my hair into parts it makes it easy for me to wash my hair and my scalp clean

5) I go on and wash my hair with shampoo

6) I only use lukewarm water to wash my hair not hot water 🚫 hot water cause dryness and breakage to hair so is not good

7) I go on and deep condition my hair I allow deep conditioner to be on my hair for one hour before wash it out this time not with shampoo again

8) I will go on to apply living conditioner and oil and any hair products that I am using into my hair

9) I will go on to put my hair into a protective hairstyle that why I said
the day I don't have so much time then No wash day
Because it's not nice to just finish washing your hair then you just leave it like that
