Ingredients

2 very ripe bananas (prata, nanica or apple banana)

4 strawberries

4 raspberries

20 blueberries

4 large blackberries

100ml of water

Honey to taste (optional)
method of preparation
Peel the bananas, chop them and, with the other fruits, let them freeze overnight.

Ingredients

250g finely chopped bittersweet chocolate

200 ml of condensed milk

1 tablespoon butter (unsalted)

Finely chopped Brazil nuts, crushed peanuts and raisins for topping

Method of preparation
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and add the condensed milk and butter. Mix well and pour into a rectangular mold (20 x 15 cm) lined with plastic
Smooth the surface (use a piece of plastic to make it easier), sprinkle with the topping of your choice, pressing lightly, and refrigerate until firm (about 1 hour). Serve cut into squares.
Suggestion: Prepare half of the recipe with semisweet chocolate and half with white chocolate and mount one on top of the other.
Fun Fact: The first batch of fudge is believed to have been the result of a wrong recipe for toffee candies. The candy pleased and was nicknamed fudge (mistake, error). The first sale would have taken place in 1886, in a grocery store in Baltimore, for 40 cents a pound.

Cook the pasta of your choice in water with a pinch of salt until it reaches al dente. In another pan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic. Then, add the cream and mix over low heat until it boils. Add the grated cheese, nutmeg (if you like) and mix. Then just add the pasta and the grilled chicken strips to the pan - done!

Creamy Potato Gratin with Bacon

Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes, peeled and cut into rounds
1 box milk cream
½ cup cream cheese
½ cup of milk
50g chopped bacon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
3 tablespoons of margarine
½ cup of parsley (chopped)
100g grated mozzarella
grated cheese for sprinkling

Method of preparation:
Cook the potato slices just to soften them up a bit. In a pan, melt the butter and fry the bacon. Lastly add the cottage cheese, salt, oregano, parsley and cream. Turn off the heat before it starts to boil. In a deep and greased refractory, mount layers of potato slices interspersed with the cream. Lastly, top with mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Take it to the oven for approximately 30 minutes, and serve next.

1 tablespoon grated mozzarella cheese

1 tea cup of milk
salt to taste

Method of preparation:
Prepare the dough according to the package instructions. In a medium pan, over medium heat, melt the butter and then add the parmesan, the cottage cheese and the mozzarella. Mix well and melt all the cheeses until you form a homogeneous mass (don't be alarmed if it seems too hard). Never stop moving. Add the cream and keep stirring so it doesn't boil. Add the milk, mix again. Drain the pasta, and when it starts to boil, remove the sauce and add it to the pasta.

6 EGGS - whites separated from yolks
2 cups REFINED SUGAR
2 and 1/2 cups sifted WHEAT FLOUR
A bit of salt
1 tablespoon YEAST POWDER
240 ml WARM MILK
1/2 cup FINE GRATED COCONUT
INGREDIENTS: CALDA FOR SOATING THE CAKE
200ml COCONUT MILK
200ml of MILK
1 can of condensed milk
INGREDIENTS: COVERAGE
100 grams of GRATED COCONUT

PREPARATION METHOD: FLUSH TOWEL - WET COCONUT CAKE
Beat the egg whites until they start to foam, then add a cup of powdered sugar.
When the meringue is white and glossy, add the rest of the sugar and keep the mixer running.
Add the egg yolks, one by one, beating well after each addition, until you get a fluffy and homogeneous cream.
Add the sifted wheat flour, salt, yeast, warm milk (it can't be too hot) and the finely grated coconut. Incorporate into the dough with a fouet, without beating too much.
Pour the dough into a 20 x 30 cm mold lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180˚C for approximately 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and make holes along the entire surface of the cake with a fork or a barbecue stick.
Pour the warm syrup over the hot cake, finish with the grated coconut and cover with aluminum foil. Let the cake cool at room temperature.
When the cake cools, store it in the fridge so it stays cold when you eat it. Enjoy!
