Não se trata das 2 músicas terem a mesma base de acompanhamento, elas tem a mesma linha vocal, e pelo que pude ouvir é igual mesmo, até o refrão é igual.
No mesmo nível, temos a Vanusa x Black Sabbath, com um agravante, a música da Vanusa estava tocando no Brasil e o Black Sabbath estava no Brasil, na mesma época. Provavelmente eles ouviram a música da Vanusa.
Já o caso da Adele, acho difícil ela ter ouvido a música do Toninho Geraes, gravada pelo Martinho da Vila, tenha gostado muito, a ponto de copia-la.

O importante é o que f**a de aprendizado sobre esse assunto.
