Ingredients:

• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup chopped pistachios

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
3. Stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pistachios until well combined.
4. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Gently press down on each ball with a fork to flatten slightly.

Spicy Korean Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:
• 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• 2 green onions, finely chopped
• 1 clove of garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon of Korean red pepper flakes (Gochugaru)
• 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
• ½ teaspoon of sugar
• 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
• 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds
• Fresh cilantro (optional) for garnish
Directions:
1. Prepare the cucumbers:
- Thinly slice the cucumbers and sprinkle them with salt. Let them sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Rinse the cucumbers under cold water and drain them well. Squeeze out any extra water.
2. Make the dressing:
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, Korean red pepper flakes, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
3. Combine and marinate:
- In a larger bowl, mix the cucumbers with the chopped green onions.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss everything together until well coated.

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning mix
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided
1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies, drained
Optional toppings: sliced green onions, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, jalapeño slices
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish (8x8 inch or similar size).

Mix the dip: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, taco seasoning, 1 cup of the Mexican blend cheese, and the Pepper Jack cheese. Mix in the diced green chilies until everything is well combined.

Spread in the baking dish: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
8 flour tortillas
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the flour tortillas, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
Gradually add the chicken broth, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream and diced green chilies.

Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole 🍲🧀

This Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole combines creamy ricotta, savory marinara, and hearty beef for a comforting dish that's easy to prepare and perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

3. Stir in the marinara sauce and crushed tomatoes. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes to blend the flavors. Remove from heat.

4. Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place half of the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce.
