FAMOUS FOR 15 MINUTES 2020

With the performance dates for Famous 2020 now set for May 14-16 and 19-23, pre-production is getting into gear. For Playwrights the script submission deadline is seven weeks away on February 28.

Our friend Tom Coash is putting together the reading committee who will select the best six scripts. Locally the Producers are asking for interested Directors to make themselves known, and for anyone interested in heading a production department, or working on one, to contact [email protected]. Famous is an ideal production for Members to try something new, or for the first time. Mentors are available for all positions and little or no experience is required. Enthusiasm goes a long way in Famous !

This small informal group meets once a weeks to discuss all aspects of creative writing. We bring pieces we are working on and read them to one another then discuss. Sometimes we do writing exercises in the class. There are no fees. We are here to encourage one another.
