🎙Sharing her experience at Z-Rock radio. Elena Rosberg emphasized the unifying power of radio and the importance of music.

🔍Maya Koleva offered her unique expertise on social media listening and search listening from her role as Director of Research and Insight at Commetric.

💥Marina Tsekova concluded the event with advice on handling the unexpected in journalism. Drawing from her own career, she stressed the value of individuality and embracing your unique qualities to make your work stand out.

🎙 Meet Marina Tsekova - your gateway to TV journalism!

✨️ Marina Tsekova is the current host of NOVA TV’s “Wake Up” weekend morning show. Her journalistic journey spans captivating stories and insightful reporting, earning her recognition, such as the “Distinguished Bulgarians” award for her compelling coverage in 2014.

➡️ She has interned at various media outlets, including Deutsche Welle. Her career began in 2011 as a trainee on the journalistic show Panorama on BNT. Then, she joined the NOVA TV team.

🎥 Marina is standing behind some of the strongest reports on the air of NOVA, which include reporting on how much it costs for a child in the black market, in a series of investigative materials. She has also shown the horror of the concentration camp Auschwitz.

🔜 During A Glimpse into Media, Marina will be speaking about the intricacies of the professions under the topic of “How to cover the unexpected.”

✨️ Maya Koleva, PhD, is a media researcher with 15+ years of experience in the sphere. With a background in Journalism and a MA degree in Public Policy, Maya now specializes in innovative research techniques.

🔍 In her doctoral research she applied network analysis to gauge stakeholder representation in global news media coverage.

👩‍💼 In her current role, Maya uses a multitude of AI-based tools to answer tricky research questions posed by PR and media releations practitioners.
