Did you know I started my DJ career on a local radio station called radioka? Later it became spitsradio and in the end it changed into C-dance. The station no longer exists today, but to celebrate 50 years OKA, the studio is temporarily setup again.

About last night. 😎
It felt just wonderful to play a 7h marathon vinyl set to an amazing crowd at Wetterse Watertuin!
Some records were actually smiling from happiness for being removed from under the dust and finally be played once again. 🙂

Unfortunately, one of my highlights this summer is again postponed till next year. 😕
I was looking forward so much to play at Bar Belle Vie, but I guess 3 times is a charm.
Despite the sad news, I do believe it’s for the best. Bar Belle Vie’s high standards just wouldn’t fit in a limited and restricted edition.
So heads up, looking forward already to next year, in which we will be able to experience this beautiful festival in its full glory again!

It will come with no surprise that we have to postpone Bar Belle Vie for the second time in a row, but we'll definitely be back for more in the post-Covid era!

New arrivals! 🤗

Extremely delighted with 1 particular record: “awa - together we can learn”.
Since I heard this song for the first time back in ‘94 I was looking for it.
This is really one of my all time favourite tracks.
People say “the chase is better than the catch”. However for this record, I’m happy the chase is finally over.
Nice to know: I bought this record directly from the private collection of Dr. Lektroluv (Dj T-Quest).
The label is called “tuch wood” which translated to dutch means “hout vasthouden”.

Now it’s time to have some fun in my music studio! 🙂
