Quand on pense à perdre du poids, on pense souvent tout de suite aux régimes. Mais la plupart des régimes à la mode finissent par faire reprendre du poids.

💡 TIPP #12 – TRINKE NICHT ZU VIEL KAFFEE! 💡

Koffein kann den Fettstoffwechsel anregen, aber zu viel Kaffee hat den gegenteiligen Effekt. Dein Körper gewöhnt sich daran und verliert die natürliche Reaktion auf Koffein.

✅ Maximal 1–2 Tassen pro Tag, besonders wenn du morgens schwer in die Gänge kommst.
✅ Vermeide es, über den Tag verteilt ständig Kaffee zu trinken.
✅ Setze stattdessen auf Wasser oder Kräutertee für nachhaltige Energie.

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Après près de deux ans et demi de recherche, la situation devient plus critique que jamais !!! 😢 Nous avons besoin de votre aide !!

Ayant été contraints de quitter début 2023 l'entrepôt où était stocké notre char princier depuis plusieurs années, nous recherchons sans relâche depuis lors un nouvel endroit (le plus proche possible de la Commune de Plombières et sans loyer excessivement cher) où le stocker.

Entre temps, nous avons pu trouver un endroit assez éloigné de la commune, qui nous permettait de stocker notre char dans un endroit sec et à l'abri de la météo. Mais voilà malheureusement que nous avons appris il y a plusieurs jours que notre char (tout comme les autres qui y sont stockés également) devra quitter cet endroit au plus vite également ! 😢

Nous relançons donc une nouvelle fois nos recherches, afin de trouver un hall, entrepôt, hangar,... où le char princier de l'Entité de Plombières pourra trouver sa nouvelle "maison".

Pour rappel, les dimensions du char sont les suivantes:
- longueur 12 mètres
- largeur 3,50 mètres
- hauteur 3,9 mètres

L'idéal serait de trouver un endroit dans la commune de Plombières ou au plus près de celle-ci!

Il serait souhaitable que le char puisse être entreposé dans un endroit sec et clos, et à loyer raisonnable aussi longtemps que possible !
