What The Forge? That was fun!
At the Forge we’ve been exploring, experimenting and inventing in behavioral consultancy over the past few years. And now it’s time for our next step. It’s time to bundle our expertise, experience and insights and kick off our own growth trajectory. It’s time for our new Chief Strategy Officer. Ladies and gentlemen, we proudly present you Christof Debèfve.

Christof is here to take our growth to the next level. And he knows what he’s talking about. He has been doing it for the past decade, co-founding and growing his company TRIUM from a 3-person startup to an internationally recognized, 50+ FTE clinical consultancy company.
Now let’s do that again, but with The Forge!

Het ziet er naar uit dat UNIZO Oost-Vlaanderen meteen al de twee eerste regels van onze FGC club heeft verbroken. Maar daar kunnen we alleen maar blij mee zijn. Een traject dat we met The Forge vanuit VLAIO in samenwerking met alle UNIZO afdelingen begeleiden. Als je ook graag een Fast Growth Clubber wordt, kan je vandaag en morgen terecht bij de Bloovi Entrepreneurship Summit op de stand van UNIZO. Doe ze daar maar de groetjes van ons!

Last week, UNRIC and The Shift welcomed a variety of organisations in Belgium 🇧🇪 for an afternoon centered around the Sustainable Development Goals.
Through an interactive game, they learnt about the 17 and came up with creative ideas 💡 on how to achieve them!

Aaahh, bijna lente! Perfect moment voor de grote lentekuis. En dat is exact wat we met The Forge hebben gedaan. Alles wat we niet meer gebruiken hebben we weggegooid. Dus niet onze expertise, ideeën of mopjes, maar wel onze oude website. En fiew, dat doet deugd! Tijd voor een nieuw seizoen vol bloemen, vogeltjes en onze nieuwe website: www.theforge.be. Ga gerust al een keer op verkenning voor een mooie lentewandeling. Het zal ons allen deugd doen.

Connecteren met een telepathisch paard, speuren door een vorig leven of trippen zonder drugs… geen alledaagse bezigheid.

Enfin, toch niet voor de meesten onder ons. Maar niet voor de twee bevriende ondernemers van The Forty Two Podcast. De kindjes die het voor Pink Floyd zongen in 1979 zijn intussen volwassen dames en heren die werken. Dus de tekst mag dan ook al eens aangepast worden. En wij snappen het helemaal. Want je kan cruciale inzichten, tips & tricks leren in een saaie workshop. Of je kan dat leren met onze Innovation Game. Je kan een geweldig mooie liedjestekst hebben zonder een goeie melodie en dan gaan de mensen niet luisteren. Omgekeerd, kan je een minder doordachte liedjestekst op een heel toegankelijke melodie zetten en dan krijg je Milk Inc. Klantenbeleving is de melodie van jouw product of dienst. Dus we kunnen maar beter leren hoe we een straffe melodie kunnen componeren. Niet in een saaie workshop, maar in een melodieus verpakte, interactieve game.

Aah, die gezellige momenten in de auto toen je ouders nog naar Frankrijk reden zonder GPS. Een GPS zorgt niet alleen dat je efficiënter op je bestemming geraakt, maar ook dat de goede sfeer onderweg bewaard wordt. Waarom hebben we dan geen GPS om de route naar cultuursverandering uit te stippelen?

Gelukkig hebben we dat wel. Samen met de UGent ontwikkelde The Forge een methode om jouw organisatiecultuur in kaart te brengen en de juiste route naar de gewenste bestemming uit te stippelen. Ook al blijft de rit lang, het zal toch heel wat efficiënter verlopen en vooral een pak aangenamer.

Ok, misschien dat The Avengers de wereld wel redden op korte termijn, maar op lange termijn maken ze de wereld nog steeds kapot met hun ecologische voetafdruk.
Tijd voor helden die durven denken op de lange termijn.

Gewapend met SDG's, kunnen jij en je collega's leren om de wereld écht te redden. Niet op een saaie en geforceerde manier, maar wel verpakt in een fijne game: onze SDG Game.

Zet zo de eerste stap naar een betere wereld en een nieuwe, super succesvolle film franchise.

“Weet ge wat gij eens zou moeten doen…”. Goed bedoeld advies van een vriend(in) dat je waarschijnlijk wel met de glimlach ontvangt, maar toch vriendelijk naast je neerlegt. Wat als je dat advies van zo’n vriend nu een keer kritiekloos zou gaan uitproberen?

Wel, dat hebben wij de laatste maanden intussen al 10 keer voor jullie uitgetest. Met een open geest probeerden we elkaars advies uit in onze ‘The Forty Two Podcast’. Het is een bijzonder groeiproces en we willen jullie oprecht danken voor al jullie constructieve feedback en suggesties. En misschien testen we gewoon kritiekloos wel een keer jouw suggestie uit. Blijven doen!
