Ik hoop dat jullie zo een idee krijgen van - hoe leuk - het daar wel niet was.

Emoties & sfeer (mogen) vastleggen op live concerten vind ik -bijna - zo leuk als zelf achter de drums zitten. ;)

Proud to have been the technical brain behind 'For Rosa'.

This powerful multimedia monologue, directed by Nic Balthazar, tells the story of Benjamin and Rosa.

I'll never forget the first time we tested the multi-projection on the gauze. It was magical.
We aimed to create an immersive experience that would move audiences.

Tonight marks the start of the tour, and I'm handing over the tech reins to a new team.

A few months ago, we had the privilege of capturing a live performance of Prokofiev's 2nd Piano Concerto performed in the big hall of the Conservatory of Brussels. (right on time before it closes for renovation works).

Preparation is Key:
We began by studying the score and creating a shot list to ensure that we captured every nuance of the performance.

Capturing the Magic:
On D-day, we arrived early to position our camera’s, setup the mic’s and our control space.

The concert itself was great; we captured the masterful performance of the pianist, .wils.piano, the power of Prokofiev's music, and the incredible talent of the young orchestra.

Post-Production:
The next day we could start editing the video and mixing & mastering the audio.

We are proud of the result & grateful for the opportunity.

We wrapped up the final performance of the production ‘BADABOEM,’ a theatre show about the love for percussion that performed across 85 locations for a total of 180 shows!

I handled all the technical aspects by myself; from lighting design and show automation to video projection and sound.
