Mike Maiden was born in Romania in 1986 and discovered his passion for music since his early childhood. In 1992, at a school party, Mike had the opportunity to listen for the first time loud bass music and since then his curiosity regarding sounds began to play an important role in his life.

After a few years of music experiments, at age 23, he have had the courage and interact directly with the public as a resident DJ. Later, in 2014, he became an independent artist and started to be promoted by a romanian agency. He won several competitions through the MixCloud platform between years 2012-2014. With this experience in his background he was invited to participate on festivals like Electric Castle and Untold (one of the biggest music festivals in Europe).

Convinced that a DJ should have his own signature and portfolio sounds, Mike Maiden invested time in music production and sound concepts. After hard work and dedication, results came as a gift with the track “Close Your Eyes”. Today Mike is supported by international artists, radio stations, agencies and best clubs from Romania.
