BARC Productions is an independent venture created in 2019 by Frank Barat and François de Villers. François de Villers lives in Brussels.

BARC aims to produce socially and politically engaged films which we believe in. With offices in Brussels and Paris and with strong contacts and links in the UK, BARC productions is very well placed to promote, produce and co-produce films all around Europe. Frank Barat is one of the founders of the Festival Ciné-Palestine in Paris and the Palestine With Love film festival in Brussels. He has work

ed on books with Ken Loach, Noam Chomsky, Ilan Pappé and Angela Davis. He created his own company in 2017 running pop-up bars in parks. His meeting with Frank Barat in 2016 rekindled his passion for films and writing.
