Stadskanker never sought subsidies or personal profit. It's a side-project voluntarily run by friends purely for fun and the love for music.

Kankerstemming was a great gathering of friends & family. But truth is, we encountered higher-than-expected expenses relative to our entrance income. We needed a minimum of 220 paid entrances to be break-even (on a sunday afternoon, hah, wooops). We always openly share all financial details, including expenses and income with the artists involved.

All artists who played at Kankerstemming generously gave back part (or all!) of their fees to cover the loss of Stadskanker. Without this, it might have been our last event.

We're incredibly grateful. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in helping us stay afloat, allowing us to continue doing what we love.

Oc*****sy collective uses their tactile tentacles to carve out a space within a space, drawing visitors in and inviting them to get lost. Their movements pull the gaze of the curious into dreamy depths, blending the surreal with the playful.
