Psalms. 118. 24(kjv) says, "this is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it."

To be constantly joyful as opposed to being frantic on a constant basis is a choice. And a very good one to make. The Bible says that we should rejoice always (Phil.4:4, kjv), because the joy of the Lord is your strenght (Neh.8:10).
