At the beginning of September we had the chance to discover their inner soft-side. To thank their CEO for the tremendous work he had done in the past year, we were asked to help them put together an unforgettable work anniversary. Some summer vibe flip flops, an inflatable surf simulator, colourful flower necklaces and lot’s of aloha vibes...was all it took to give surf addict David Van Eynde his moment to shine!

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put some ice cubes in a longdrink glass
2. Add the vodka, lime juice and sparkling water.
3. Stir and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Feta Dip With RoastOdd Strawberries
Strawberries & Balsamic sauce 🤔?? Yes you read that right! A delicious fresh combo to go with a glass of rosé or as a side dish on your barbecue 🍓🍗

INGREDIENTS
🍓 900 gr fresh strawberries
🥄 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
🍯 2 tsp honey
🧀 220 gr feta cheese
🥛 125 gr Greek yogurt
🥄 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzling/serving)
🧂 Black pepper
🥖 Crusty bread (like sourdough or baguette)
🌿 Chopped fresh basil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Wash strawberries and remove stems. Slice each berry in half or quarters (depending on size). Spread berries on lined baking sheet.
3. Whisk balsamic vinegar and honey together. Drizzle over strawberries and toss until combined.
4. Spread the strawberries in an even layer on baking sheet, then transfer to the oven and roast for about 30-35 minutes. They'll start to soften and release their juices when done.
5. Add the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and pepper to a food processor. Blend ingredients together for a few minutes until smooth, scraping down with a spatula as needed.
6. Transfer to the fridge and chill for 30-60 minutes.
7. When strawberries are done roasting, remove them from the oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
8. Transfer them to a container and chill in the fridge.
9. When you're ready to serve this recipe, transfer the whipped feta to a large bowl and top with roasted strawberries. Garnish with freshly chopped basil, an extra drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of black pepper.
10. Serve with toasted crusty bread for dipping.
