Time for Folly #4. This month is an album of edits taken from Hungarian band Omega’s 1976 & 1978 albums ’Time Robber’ & ‘Skyrover’.
9 tracks varying from epic prog groovers to spikey synth-fuelled p***y pop. Some tracks offer up quality DSOTM/WYWH era Pink Floyd vibes, one sounds like a Magazine backing track waiting for a Devoto vocal and on a couple of tracks there’s an air of Earth if Dylan Carlson was into Novalis and Eloy instead of the Wild West and Popol Vuh!

During furlough/curfew time in 2020 I started re-editing anything Jason Neu Barton threw at me, quickly leading to a pile-up of tracks. Alarmed by the sheer ‘gothness’ of it all Kwinton Lesi Jonson played his Trappists veto card, sensibly keeping The Trappists away from all the cobwebs and flour!

This is the first in an ongoing series of gothic sacrilegous bonfires. Edits of Sisters Of Mercy, Nico, Danielle Dax, Dali's Car, Artery, 1919, Rema Rema & Rose Of Avalanche.
