আপনাদের জ্বালায় আমাকে যে রাসেলস ভাইপার নিয়ে ফিরে আসতেই হলো....
শোনেন তাহলে কাহিনী -

এটা আমাদের দেশী সাপ।এরচেয়ে অনেক বিষধর সাপ গোখরা, কেউটে/ কালাচ আমাদের বাড়ির আশেপাশেই বাস করে।কিছু ব কলম রাম ছা*গ*ল তা জানেনা বলে ফেসবুকে পোস্ট দিয়ে হাইপ তুলতে পারেনি।রাসেলস ভাইপার অবশ্যই বিষধর সাপ ও এর বিষ মানুষের জন্য অনেক ক্ষতিকর। কিন্তু ফেসবুকে যেভাবে একে রাক্ষসের মত বিশাল ভয়ঙ্কর হিসাবে প্রেজেন্ট করা হচ্ছে ততটা ভয়ংকর এরা না।এর কোনো পাখা নেই যে আপনাকে উড়ে এসে কামড় দিবে।
যে কোনো গর্তে,ঝোপঝাড়ে হাত ঢুকানোর আগে সেখানে কিছু লুকিয়ে আছে কিনা তা চেক করে হাত ঢুকাবেন।এরা যেহেতু গ্রাউন্ড স্নেক, তাই জমিতে কাজ করার সময় গাম বুট পড়ে কাজ করতে হবে।কোনো সাপ দেখলেই পালোয়ানী দেখাতে তা ধরতে ও মারতে যাবেন না,এতে কামড় খেয়ে যাবেন।মনে রাখবেন সচেতনতাই আমাদের একমাত্র রক্ষাকবচ।
যে কোনো সাপের কামড় খেলেই দ্রুত জেলার প্রধান সরকারি হাসপাতালে যাবেন।ওঝা,কবিরাজের কাছে গিয়ে মইরেন না।কারন এই ওঝা, কবিরাজরা সাপের কামড় খেলে নিজেরায় বাচার জন্য হাসপাতালে ছুটে।
রাসেলস ভাইপার আপনার বাড়িতে এসে বিছানায় উঠে কামড়ানের চান্স কম।জমিতে বা মাঠে ঘাটে ভুল করে আপনার পা এর গায়ে উঠে গেলে যে কোনো সাপই আপনাকে কামড়িয়ে দেবে। এমন কি আপনার বাড়ির পোষা কুকুর বিড়ালের লেজে আপনি পাড়া দিলেও ঘুরে আপনাকে কামড় বসিয়ে দিবে।
সাপের কোনো শখ নাই মানুষকে কামড়ানোর।এটা ওদের ডিফেন্স মেকানিজম।শুধুমাত্র ভয় বা আঘাত পেলেই সাপ কামড় দেয়।
বরেন্দ্রভূমিতে রাসেলস ভাইপার অনেক বেশি।এই এলাকায় লোকালয়ে এই সাপ দেখতে পেলে জনাব বোরহান বিশ্বাসের সাথে যোগাযোগ করবেন। উনার নাম্বার লাগলে ইনবক্সে নিয়েন।এছাড়াও সারাদেশে প্রচুর সংগঠন ও স্নেক রেস্কিউয়ার আপনাকে ফ্রি তে সেবা দিতে প্রস্তুত।
সাপ হাতে ধরে আছি বলে আমার ঝুকি নেই,তা কিন্তু নয়।আমাকে কামড় দিলে যদি আমি নিজেও দ্রুত হাসপাতালে গিয়ে চিকিৎসা না নেয় অথাবা ওঝার কাছে যাই,তাহলে আমারো খেল খতম।
