Mostafizar Rahman Mostafa,this is the Man who has been made as convener of kurigram district of the BNP.He is not only a strong convener but plays a vital role in uniting members and guiding the team(Kurigram District BNP) towards shared goals through his authentic leadership.During the intricate situation and the persecution of fascist Hasina govt, he executed the political activities including meetings,rallies and campaigns.His effective planning reflected to the root level of Kurigram district BNP.
He always communicates clearly and persuasively, both within the party and to the public, to maintain unity and inspires confidence(According to the BNP supporters).
He was also arrested by sheikh Hasina govt. for aligning local and regional activities with the Bangladesh Nationalist party objectives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
He has a fantastic skill to handle conflictual situation and challenges effectively, fostering a spirit of collaboration during difficult times.
Building strong relationships with grassroots members of BNP, he is the standout example of the organizational abilities and effective coordination of Kurigram district BNP.
মোস্তাফিজার রহমান মোস্তফা, এই সেই ব্যক্তি যাকে বিএনপির কুড়িগ্রাম জেলার আহ্বায়ক করা হয়েছে। তিনি কেবল একজন শক্তিশালী আহ্বায়কই নন, সদস্যদের ঐক্যবদ্ধ করতে এবং দলকে (কুড়িগ্রাম জেলা বিএনপি) নিখুঁত নেতৃত্বের মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত করতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করেন। প্রামাণিক নেতৃত্ব,জটিল পরিস্থিতি ও ফ্যাসিবাদী হাসিনা সরকারের নিপীড়নের সময় তিনি রাজনৈতিক কর্মকাণ্ড পরিচালনা করেন যেমন- সভা-সমাবেশ ও প্রচারণা। তার কার্যকর পরিকল্পনা কুড়িগ্রাম জেলা বিএনপির মূল পর্যায়ে প্রতিফলিত হয়েছে। তিনি সর্বদা দলের মধ্যে এবং জনসাধারণের কাছে স্পষ্টভাবে এবং প্ররোচিতভাবে যোগাযোগ করেন, ঐক্য বজায় রাখতে এবং আত্মবিশ্বাসকে অনুপ্রাণিত করেন (বিএনপি সমর্থকদের মতে)। তাকে গ্রেফতার করেছিল শেখ হাসিনা সরকার। এজন্য যে তিনি বাংলাদেশ জাতীয়তাবাদী দলের উদ্দেশ্যের সাথে স্থানীয় ও আঞ্চলিক কার্যক্রমকে সারিবদ্ধ করন, ধারাবাহিকতা এবং কার্যকারিতা নিশ্চিত করনের জন্য কাজ করেছেন। দ্বন্দ্বপূর্ণ পরিস্থিতি এবং চ্যালেঞ্জগুলিকে কার্যকরভাবে পরিচালনা করার জন্য তার একটি দুর্দান্ত দক্ষতা রয়েছে, এছাড়া তিনি কঠিন সময়ে সহযোগিতার মনোভাব তৈরি করেন। বিএনপির তৃণমূল সদস্যদের সাথে দৃঢ় সম্পর্ক গড়ে তুলে কুড়িগ্রাম জেলা বিএনপির সাংগঠনিক দক্ষতা ও কার্যকর সমন্বয়ের অনন্য উদাহরণ তিনি।
