একজন মাশরাফি। একজন ম্যাশ। একজন ক্যাপ্টেন।

ছোটবেলার বন্ধু মুচি, ছেড়া জুতা সেলাই করে জীবন চলে। তাতে কী বন্ধুত্ব শেষ হয়ে যাবে! তাইতো সামাজিক সব হিপোক্রেসি, তালতামাশা ভুলে রাস্তার পাশে বন্ধু জুতা সেলাই করছে আর তার পাশে গিয়ে সানন্দে বসে আছেন মাশরাফি বিন মর্তুজা। একজন এমপি।

যারা এটাকে বিজ্ঞাপন মনে করবেন, প্লিজ তারা তিন হাত দূরে থাকবেন।

মাশরাফির এরকম ব্যবহারের গল্প আগেই শুনেছি আমার পরিচিত ক্যাপ্টেনের অত্যন্ত ঘনিষ্ঠ এক বন্ধুর কাছ থেকে। আজ তার প্রমাণ ছবিতে পেলাম। এই গরীব বন্ধুর পরিবারের একটি বিয়ের সমস্ত আয়োজন মাশরাফি নিজ খরচে, নিজ দায়িত্ব নিয়ে সম্পন্ন করেছেন।

টাকা দিয়ে হয়তো প্রাচুর্য হয়, কিন্তু মন দিয়ে হওয়া যায় মানুষ। অনেক বড় মানুষ।

BIRKUTSA PALACE:

Birkutsa Thousands of doors Palace is one of the ancient historical monuments of Bagmara, Rajshahi. However, although it is said to be a Palace/house, it was originally a royal palace. Although some parts of the main building of the house have collapsed, this burnt house with special craftsmanship still catches everyone's eye. Although no descendants of the king are present in this house, this ancient house, which is an ancient historical monument, still bears witness to its time.

Ever since King Birbabu and his family moved to Chandranagar in India's Hooghly district in 1947, the house has not been inhabited permanently. As a result, in the absence of the king, this once luxurious house is now of no use to anyone except to attract the attention of pedestrians and visitors.

জানাজাতে উপস্থিত মুসল্লীদের পিছনে বিমর্ষ হয়ে বসে থাকা এই ব্যক্তির নাম সুধীর বাবু ।

মৃত আমীর সওদাগর এবং সুধীর বাবু ছোট বেলার বন্ধু । গুনবতী বাজারে দীর্ঘ বছর একসাথে ব্যবসা - বানিজ্য করে আসছেন উনারা।

আজ সেই বন্ধুর মৃত্যুর পর সুধীর বাবু জানাজার পিছনে উপস্থিত হয়ে অশ্রু শিক্ত এবং সৃতি চারণ করছেন ।

সত্যিকারের বন্ধুত্ব আসলেই এমন হয় ।
যে বন্ধুত্ব জাত দেখে না, ধর্ম দেখে না, ধনী-গরিবের ভেদাভেদ চিনে না ।

বর্তমানে মানুষ বন্ধুত্ব করে অনেক হিসাব-নিকাশ করে এবং নিজের প্রয়োজনে ব্যবহার করার জন্য । কিন্তু তারা ভুলে যায়, ছেলে বেলার বন্ধুত্ব অামরন পর্যন্ত ।

`` ভাত দাও ভাত দাও, নইলে লকডাউন/ষাটডাউন তুলে নাও ‘‘

রাজশাহী: করোনা পরিস্থিতি নিয়ন্ত্রণে আনার লক্ষ্যে সারাদেশে কঠোর ‘লকডাউন/ষাটডাউন’ চলছে। তবে সেই ‘লকডাউন/ষাটডাউন’ প্রত্যাহার করে ঈদের আগে ব্যবসায়ী প্রতিষ্ঠান, মার্কেট ও দোকানপাট খুলে দেওয়ার দাবিতে রাজশাহীতে বিক্ষোভ হয়েছে।

আজ বৃহস্পতিবার বেলা সাড়ে ১১:০০ টার দিকে মহানগরীর আরডিএ (RDA) মার্কেটের সামনে অবস্থান নিয়ে বিক্ষোভ করে ব্যবসায়ী ও কর্মচারীরা।

রাজশাহী ব্যবসায়ী-কর্মচারী ঐক্য পরিষদের যৌথ উদ্যোগে, থালা হাতে করে `` ভাত দাও ভাত দাও, নইলে লকডাউন তুলে নাও ‘‘ ইত্যাদি স্লোগানে দোকান খোলার দাবিতে বিক্ষোভ করেন ব্যবসায়ীরা। এই আন্দোলন কর্মসূচিতে সাহেব বাজার কাপড়পট্টির ব্যবসায়ীরাও ছিলেন।

স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে তারা ঈদ উপলক্ষে দোকানপাট খোলা রাখতে চান তারা। তারা বলেন, গত ‘লকডাউনের/ষাটডাউন’ সময় সরকারের দেওয়া প্রণোদনার অর্থ ক্ষুদ্র ব্যবসায়ীদের কেউই পাননি। পেয়েছেন হাতে গোনা কয়েকজন শিল্পপতি। যদি হাজার হাজার শ্রমিক নিয়ে বড় বড় কল-কারখানাগুলো সীমিত আকারে চলতে পারে, তবে তারা কেনো ব্যবসাপ্রতিষ্ঠান খোলা রাখতে পারবেন না? তারা স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে ঈদ উপলক্ষে দোকানপাট খোলা রেখে আগের মত ব্যবসা করতে চান।

বাবার লাশ পাহারা দেওয়া শিশু মরিয়মকে নওগাঁ জেলা পুলিশের সহায়তা প্রদান

গতকাল ৫ জুলাই রাজশাহি মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে সর্দি, জ্বর ও শ্বাষকষ্ট নিয়ে মারা যান মজিবুর রহমান। এসময় ৭ বছর বয়সের মেয়ে শিশু মরিয়ম একা একা বসে বাবার লাশ পাহারা দেন।

এমনি একটি ভিডিও সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে মহুর্তের মধ্যে ভাইরাল হয়। এর পর মেয়েটির পরিবারের খোঁজ মেলে। শ্বাষকষ্টে মারা যাওয়া ব্যক্তি মজিবুর রহমান। তিনি পোরশা উপজেলার নিতপুর ইউনিয়ন এর চকবিষ্ণপুর গ্রামের ফজর আলী (কালু গোয়াল) এর ছেলে।

তিনি পেশায় একজন ফেরিওয়ালা। গ্রামে গ্রামে ঘুরে হাড়ি পাতিল বিক্রি করে জীবিকা নির্বাহ করতেন।

সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে ভিডিওটি ছড়িয়ে পড়ার পর তাকে সহায়তার জন্য সরকারি বেসরকারিভাবে সহযোগীতার জন্য অনেকেই ছুটে আসেন। সেই ধারাবাহিকতায় নওগাঁ জেলা পুলিশ সুপার প্রকৌশলী মোঃ আব্দুল মান্নান এর নির্দেশনায় বুধবার বেলা ১১.০০ ঘটিকার সময় শিশু মরিয়মের বাড়িতে আসেন পোরশা থানার ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা (ওসি) শফিউল আযম খান।

এই সময় তাকে জেলা পুলিশের পক্ষ থেকে ১০ হাজার টাকা আর্থিক সহায়তা প্রদান করা হয়। এসময় ওয়ার্ড সদস্য জাহিদুল ইসলাম, সাব-ইন্সপেক্টর মুনিরুল ইসলাম, শীতল কুমারসহ থানা পুলিশের সদস্যরা উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

বুধবার সকাল সাড়ে সাতটা নাগাদ শেষ নিঃশ্বাস ত্যাগ করেন তিনি। মৃত্যুকালে বয়স হয়েছিল ৯৮ বছর।
তাঁর মৃত্যুতে ভারত, বাংলাদেশ সহ বিশ্বের চলচ্চিত্র জগতে শোকের ছায়া নেমে এসেছে।
