ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং হলো প্রোডাক্ট বা সেবা প্রমোট করার একটি প্রক্রিয়া যেখানে ইন্টারনেট এবং ইলেক্ট্রনিক ডিভাইস ব্যবহার করে লক্ষ্য করা হয়। ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং ব্যবসাগুলির মাধ্যমে তাদের লক্ষ্যকে অনুসন্ধানকারীদের কাছে আনার জন্য অনুপ্রাণিত হয় এবং উচ্চতর মানুষগণের সাথে সাম্প্রদায়িকভাবে যোগাযোগ করতে সাহায্য করে।

ফ্রিল্যান্সিং অনেক বিস্তর একটি শব্দ। ফ্রিল্যান্সিং বলতে নির্দিষ্ট কোন দক্ষতাকে বুঝানো হয় না। এটি কাজের একটি ধরণ। ফ্রিল্যান্সিং করতে হলে আপনাকে প্রথমেই বিশেষ কোন একটি কাজে বা বিষয়ে দক্ষ হওয়া প্রয়োজন। সব বিষয়ে দক্ষ হতে চেষ্টা না করে বরং কোন একটি বিষয়ে ভালো দক্ষতা অর্জন করতে পারলে আপনার সাফল্য পাবার সম্ভাবনা বেড়ে যাবে অনেকটাই। তাহলে এই বিশেষ কাজ বা দক্ষতা কী হতে পারে। সবথেকে জনপ্রিয় কিছু ফ্রিল্যান্সিং দক্ষতা হলঃ
ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিংঃ এই ক্ষেত্রেও অনেক ভাগ রয়েছে। যেমন ইমেইল, ফেসবুক ইন্সটাগ্রাম ইত্যাদি বিভিন্ন মাধ্যমে পণ্য বা ব্র্যান্ডের প্রচারনা। এসইও, লিড জেনারেশন ইত্যাদি অনেক কিছুই এর মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনঃ যারা বিভিন্ন ডিজাইন, লোগো, বিজনেস কার্ড, টিশার্ট ডিজাইন বা এই ধরণের কাজ করতে পছন্দ করেন তাদের জন্য মূলত এটি (গ্রাফিক ডিজাইন)।

কন্টেন্ট রাইটিংঃ মূলত আপনাকে এখানে বিভিন্ন বিষয়ের উপর আর্টিকেল লিখতে হবে বিভিন্ন ওয়েবসাইট বা ব্লগের জন্য। এই কাজ করতে ভালো ভাষিক দক্ষতা প্রয়োজন।

সফটওয়্যার ডেভেলপারঃ মূলত প্রোগ্রামিং ভাষা ব্যবহার করে বিভিন্ন প্রোগ্রাম বা সফটওয়্যার কিংবা মোবাইল অ্যাপ তৈরি করাই কাজ এখানে।

উপরে শুধুমাত্র সবথেকে জনপ্রিয় কিছু ফ্রিল্যান্সিং কাজের কথা বলা হল। এছাড়াও আরও অসংখ্য ধরণের ফ্রিল্যান্সিং কাজের ভালো বাজার রয়েছে। আপনাকে ঠিক করতে হবে কোন বিষয়টির প্রতি আপনার আগ্রহ রয়েছে। এরপর সেই বিষয় সম্পর্কেই ধীরে ধীরে নিজেকে দক্ষ করে তুলতে হবে। শুধুমাত্র তাহলেই ফ্রিল্যান্সিং থেকে আপনি ভালো আয় করবার আশা করতে পারেন। ফ্রিল্যান্সিং শুরু করতে একে বলা যায় প্রথম ও প্রধান যোগ্যতা।
