1. Choose Lean Cuts : Opt for lean cuts of meat to reduce fat intake. Trim off visible fat before cooking.

2. Moderate Portions : Enjoy meat in moderation. Balance your plate with vegetables, whole grains, and salads.

3. Stay Hydrated : Drink plenty of water to aid digestion and prevent dehydration.

4. Cook Thoroughly : Ensure meat is cooked thoroughly to avoid foodborne illnesses. If available, use a meat thermometer to check internal temperatures.

5. Limit Fried Foods : Avoid deep-frying meat. Instead, grill, bake, or steam to retain nutrients and reduce calorie intake.
