Sharing a case of RCT tooth no 26 maxillary left 1st molar having curved mesial system. In this case pt age almost 70years & finding mb2 is more difficult that's why it takes me one more extra visit to find mb2.ultrasonic troughing is mandatory to remove dentin shelf covering it and making it more safe for instrumentation. Luckily mb2 was confluent with mb1 which makes my day easy.

Gradual curved management
1.straight line access
2.coronal pre-flaring with or***ce opener
3.manual glide path k file- # 8'10'15
4.rotary glide path # 13/02,16/02,19/02
5.mechanical preparation by zone technique using controlled memory file-orodeka plex-v
6.in between recapitulation to ensure root area is totally free of debris

সব সময় যে রোগীরা দাঁত রিলেটেড সমস্যা নিয়েই আসবে এমন না। তেমনই আজ, চেম্বারে অন্যান্য দিনের চেয়ে একটা ভিন্নধর্মী কেইস পেলাম।গতকাল ৬ বছরের এক বাচ্চা মেয়ের, নিচের দুই দাঁতের মাঝখানে খেলার ছলে ভুলবশত ঝাড়ুর কাঠি আটকে গিয়েছিলো।আজ প্রচন্ড ব্যাথার কারণে গার্ডিয়ান তার বাচ্চাকে নিয়ে আসেন আমার চেম্বারে।
তারপর যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করে ট্রিটমেন্ট দিয়েছি এবং বাচ্চার ব্যথা তৎক্ষণাৎ কিছুটা কমেছে আলহামদুলিল্লাহ।

বাচ্চাদের নিয়ে সবাই সাবধানে থাকবেন।অনেক সময় বাচ্চারা ভুলবশত অনেক দুর্ঘটনা ঘটায় যা গার্ডিয়ান হিসেবে আমাদের দায়িত্ব তাদের খেয়াল রাখা।
