Hello friends, today I will talk to you about a different topic. You can see a showcase in this picture. It was originally an almirah (cupboard), which I modified a bit to make a showcase. I consider it my family tradition. In 1963, a few days after my parents marriage, my father bought this second-hand cupboard (almirah) from a friend of his named Shamsu in Old Dhaka. My father's friend Shamsu uncle got this almirah through family sources. In 1947, Shamsu Uncle's father purchased it from a Hindu landlord in Tangail. According to Shamsu uncle, when his father purchased it, it was 20-25 years old. That is, this showcase is about 100 years old. I am using it as a fifth hand after changing four hands, which I have arranged in my dining room. I feel a great emotion about the matter, which is mainly why I shared this matter with you.
