মহামায়া হ্রদ বা মহামায়া লেক চট্টগ্রামের মীরসরাই উপজেলার দুর্গাপুর ইউনিয়নে অবস্থিত বাংলাদেশের দ্বিতীয় বৃহত্তম কৃত্রিম হৃদ।এর আয়তন প্রায় ১১ বর্গ কিলোমিটার।২০০৭-২০০৮ সালে প্রকল্পটির কাজ শুরু করে এবং ২০০৯ সালে নির্মাণ কাজ শেষ হয়। এটি ৩৩৬০ হেক্টর জমিতে তৈরি করা হয়। এটি তৈরি করতে প্রায় ২৩ কোটি টাকা ব্যয় করা হয়। ২০১০ সালের ২৯ ডিসেম্বর প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা এই প্রকল্পের উদ্বোধন করেন। কাপ্তাই হ্রদের পর এটি বাংলাদেশের দ্বিতীয় বৃহত্তম হ্রদ।
