Subject: Unlawful disclosure of identity information
Dear Concern,
It has come to our attention, that despite your public allegations of sexual misconduct within your institutions, you have interfered with the very investigation that followed. You have also risked the safety and autonomy of alleged victims, raising further concerns of your original intent.
To clarify your role in the matter, please provide the following documents within the next 07 workdays:
1) Your reasons for unsolicited debriefing of alleged victims of harassment, without allowing them access to the relevant body within your institution.
2) A signed document from their guardian, chaperone, law enforcement officer, magistrate, or legal representative who was present during your interactions (and their statements if any).
3) Proof of their explicit consent to disseminate screenshots of private correspondence that risks their discovery or retaliation.
4) A copy of search warrant or First Information Report for breach of privacy by uploading and submitting contents of encrypted communication for all parties involved.
We appreciate your cooperation in the matter, and your efforts to keep your campus safe.
