We sometimes overthink. We get so caught up in what we can do more of, what should and might have been, that we lose sight of what is truly essential. 🧠

We often regret what we did in the past and get so obsessed with the future that we forget to live in the present. There's nothing wrong with learning from mistakes in the past and planning for the future, but we also need to look at what's going on right now. That is the perfect moment to focus your attention. If you continue to worry, that is all you will do. You will devote the majority of your time and attention to this. Meanwhile, focusing on the bad attracts unfavorable occurrences and circumstances into your life.

A positive outlook is highly valued by successful entrepreneurs. They believe in being hopeful and planning for the future. Instead of stressing and creating their own demons, they devote more time and attention to what is genuinely essential. They are obsessed with how to do things better and provide better services.
