এক পলকে যশোর বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় (যবিপ্রবি ঝিনাইদহ ভেটেরিনারি ক্যাম্পাস) ২০১০ সালে ঝিনাইদহ ভেটেরিনারি কলেজ দেশের দক্ষিণ পশ্চিমাঞ্চলের প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। এটি বাংলাদেশের ৯ম ভেটেরিনারি প্রতিষ্ঠান। ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদেরকে ভেটেরিনারি শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত করা হয় এবং ভেটেরিনারি হাসপাতালের মাধ্যমে অত্র এলাকার প্রানীসম্পদের চিকিৎসা করে সাধারণ জনগণের সেবা দেয়া হয়। ঢাকা-চুয়াডাঙ্গা মহাসড়কে হলিধানি নামক স্থানে ১১ একর জায়গা নিয়ে কলেজটি ২০১৪ সালে একাডেমিক কার্যক্রম শুরু হয়। বর্তমানে এটি যশোর বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অনুষদ হিসাবে সংযুক্ত হয়েছে। যেখানে ৫ বছর মেয়াদি ডক্টর অফ ভেটেরিনারি মেডিসিন (ডিভিএম) কোর্স চালু আছে। বর্তমানে এটি যশোর বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ঝিনাইদহ ক্যাম্পাস নামে পরিচিত। Credit: Boigriho
