একটি ইতিহাসের সমাপ্তি!
কুরআনের পাখি আল্লামা দেলোয়ার হোসাইন সাঈদী ইন্তেকাল করেছেন। ইন্নালিল্লাহি ওয়া ইন্না ইলাইহি রাজিউন।
আল্লাহ তা’আলা জান্নাতুল ফেরদাউস দান করুন।
শেষ নিঃশ্বাস ত্যাগ করেন: ৮: ৪০ মিনিটে

হে আল্লাহ , কোরআনুল কারীমের এ খাদেমকে জান্নাতের উচুঁ মাকাম দান করুন। আমিন।

ইন্নালিল্লাহে ওয়া ইন্না ইলাইহে রাজিউন। সারাটা জীবন এই দেশটা রে যেভাবে দিয়া গেলেন, এই দেশ টা যেন আপ্নারে সেই ভাবে মনে রাখে জাফরউল্লাহ ভাই। Shafiqul Alam ভাইয়ের লেখাটা দিয়ে দিলাম-

"He is a saint sent from heaven. He was the answer of his mother's ten-year long prayers. He was the gift of the saints of Chittagong. His will power was so strong that I was convinced he could climb the highest peak in the Himalayas driving a wheel chair and wearing the same old shirt and lungi that he has been wearing for over a decade.

He could laugh off threats of any dictators and any blood-curdling monsters. His heart was bigger than all the hospitals he had built for poor people. He was a Freedom Fighter who never quit fighting for freedom since the glorious war of 1971. He was a good doctor. A good soul. A proud Bengali and Bangladeshi. A liberal democrat throughout his life. A friend of the poor and the voiceless. He was the bravest man I have ever come across.

Good bye Dr. Zafrullah Chowdhury. We have lost one of the finest souls of the country. Rest in Peace, Good Doctor!!"
